About the role
As a B2C Sales Specialist at ESTO, your main responsibility will be to introduce ESTO to our customers, advise customers on ESTO's products, communicate with them remotely via phone and email, and ensure the successful sale of the offered products and service
What You’ll Do:
Proactively contacting existing ESTO customers
Presenting products, offering tailored solutions and closing sales
Attracting new customers and building long-term relationships
Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
Achieving targets and continuously improving results
What We Expect:
Previous experience in active B2C sales/telemarketing
A goal-driven, disciplined and proactive approach with a strong focus on achieving monthly sales targets
High level of organization, structured thinking and attention to details
Confidence in communicating with customers
Excellent communication skills in Estonian
Nice to have:
Experience in the financial sector will be considered a strong advantage
Russian and English language skills will be considered as a strong advantage
