Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist will drive full-cycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across multiple countries. This role is essential in building the company’s workforce to support growth, maintain high employee quality, and strengthen the company’s brand in the competitive fintech market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment (80%)
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all open positions, primarily in Estonia, with remote support for Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring priorities and candidate profiles.
Source and screen candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
Coordinate interviews, assessment processes, and offer management.
Review recruitment processes regularly and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Build a talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure future growth readiness.
Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, candidate pipeline, quality of hire) and report to Chief People Officer.
Employer Branding (20%)Maintain existing and develop employer branding strategies to attract top fintech talent.
Manage the company’s careers page, social media presence, and job postings.
Help organize recruitment marketing campaigns, events.
Work closely with Chief People Officer and leadership to showcase company culture and employee value proposition.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech or fintech.
Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Teamtailor).
Multi-country recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing and candidate experience strategies.
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple roles, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize recruitment processes.
