Junior B2C Sales Manager

We are looking for a Junior B2C Sales Manager to join ESTO and help grow our consumer business in the Baltics. You will focus on customer engagement, retention, and B2C growth, working as sales, partnerships, and customer support. If you enjoy building strong customer relationships and making an impact in a fast-growing fintech company, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact B2C customers via phone and email to offer ESTO products.

• Check customer profiles and eligibility before reaching out.

• Send applications or purchase links when needed.

• Record all customer interactions in the system.

• Follow pre-defined workflows and scripts.

• Work with the team to improve customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Some experience in sales, customer service, or B2C roles (nice to have).

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Basic computer and CRM skills.

• Ability to follow processes and workflows.

• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.

• Fluent in Lithuanian (Russian is a plus).
