Junior Account Manager
As an junior account manager you will be at the forefront of our B2B support, growth, building strong partnerships and crafting impactful sales strategies in an exciting FinTech environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily support and problem solving for partners and partner employees
Assist Senior account manger
Creating trust and long-term cooperation
Management activities Pipedrive CRM
Negotiations and achieving improvements
Increasing presence and brand visibility
Monitor competitor activities, spot market changes and adjust
REQUIREMENTS:
A goal-oriented and proactive approach, with a strong focus on achieving milestones and expanding business potential
Highly organized, with a methodical mindset and attention to detail
Confident in reaching out with clients to strengthen connections
Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English (additional language skills are a bonus)
