Global Finance Intelligence Manager

ESTO is looking for a Global Finance Intelligence Manager to own portfolio analytics and financial data insights across all markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, credit, data, and strategy - building reporting frameworks, uncovering performance drivers, and turning data into actionable insights that guide business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and develop portfolio-level reporting for internal steering, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Build automated financial dashboards and reporting packages, improving accuracy, structure, and consistency of data.
  • Translate portfolio insights into actions together with finance, product, and local market teams to improve yield and performance.
  • Deep-dive into origination, payment behavior, and credit performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain clear documentation and analytical frameworks that support ongoing audits, due diligence, and strategic initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a fintech, bank, or financial institution as a data analyst, credit analyst, or portfolio manager.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills, capable of independent analysis directly from data sources.
  • Familiarity with Jupyter or Databricks notebooks and Python; experience with DBT is a plus.
  • Analytical precision, curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
